How do I place an order?
Add what you like to your bag, then check out. You'll pay by card or mobile money on Paystack's secure page, and we take it from there.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card and mobile money, both handled securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card or mobile money PIN.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery cost depends on your location; we'll confirm it when we call to arrange your delivery.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your order number and the email or phone number you used to order.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes, enter it at checkout before you pay. It'll be applied to your total right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once it's out for delivery, we can't change it.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
