When you create an account: your username, email address and phone number.

When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, city, delivery address and any delivery notes, plus what you ordered.

Your bag and your sign-in are kept on your own device so they’re still there when you come back.

To take, prepare and deliver your orders, and to call or message you about a delivery.

To let you sign in, see your orders and track them, including sending you a verification code by email.

To keep our stock and sales records.

Delivery partners get your name, phone number and address so they can bring your order to you.

When online payment is available, payments are handled by our payment provider. We don’t see or store your card or mobile money PIN.

We don’t sell your personal information.

We use your browser’s storage only to make the site work: to remember your bag, keep you signed in and remember your choices. We don’t use it for advertising.

We keep your account until you delete it. We keep order records for as long as we need them for our business and to meet legal obligations, even after an account is deleted.

You can change your username, phone number and saved delivery address any time from your profile.

You can delete your account yourself from your profile page. This removes your account details and saved address. Records of past orders are kept, as described above.

You can also ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by contacting us.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
